Return Policy

    If you are not satisfied with the performance of our products, please let us know so that we can issue you a refund OR
    replacement, your choice. You MUST Call or Email First for a RMA # BEFORE sending any product back to us.

    New 'compatible' cartridges are guaranteed for one full year from the date of purchase.   Remanufacture cartridges are
    guaranteed for six months from the date of purchase. Laser toner cartridges, fax ribbons and any other products are
    also backed by our '100% Satisfaction Guarantee'.

    We will try our best, within reason, to accommodate you! If YOU order the wrong cartridge, we will exchange it for the
    correct one upon receipt of the unopened cartridge, with price adjustment as needed. If you ordered the wrong product,
    you will be charged shipping for the correct replacements to be sent and you will be
    responsible for shipping the original ordered products back to us. A restocking fee may apply. If WE send you the wrong
    product, we will bear the shipping cost.


    RETURNING PRODUCTS - Returns of unused merchandise in "resalable" condition will be accepted with NO charge for
    a period of 90 days from shipping. New 'compatible', and remanufactured cartridges that are returned must have at
    least 75% ink remaining! We weigh them vs full cartridge weight. Returned cartridges
    found to be less than 75% full will have a 'proportional' charge applied towards the refund. Cartridge must have at least
    40% ink left in it for a proportional refund.

    If you would like to return a product and receive a replacement or refund, please email us at:
    customerservice@strategicindustriesgroup.com and put "Request RMA" in the "subject" line of the email. In the "body"
    of the email, request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) for the return. Include your full name (name
    you ordered with), invoice number, and product you would like to be replaced (or receive refund) for reference. ONLY
    returns with a valid RMA # will be accepted.

    For fastest service please use email for all correspondence. Contacting us by phone will only delay the processing of
    your return or request (We'll have to look up your info while you're on the phone, which can take a while). You can also
    call us at 951-780-4205. You will be given complete address, shipping and labeling instructions at the time you are
    issued the RMA #. This RMA# will be used to track your replacement product or refund, whichever is requested.

    RMAs are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Strategic Industries Group will refuse delivery of
    any boxes without a valid, clearly visible RMA number as noted above. Return the product in the original product
    packaging and include a copy of the invoice with your return, if possible.
